What's the difference between consulting and your automation products?
Our products (Donna SMS, Voice Receptionist, Website + Chatbot) are done-for-you deployments we build and maintain. Consulting is for business owners who want to understand their AI strategy, evaluate tools, or get expert oversight as they build — whether or not they use our products.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. We translate AI into plain business decisions. You'll never need to touch code. Our job is to tell you what to do, why, and in what order.
Can consulting lead to a product engagement?
