These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Mychail Solar Energy LLC DBA TradeBaseAI (“TradeBaseAI”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

TradeBaseAI provides AI automation tools for trade contractors, including SMS scheduling assistants, website chatbots, and AI voice receptionists. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis following a one-time setup fee.

Payment

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. The one-time setup fee is charged at the start of service. Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services to send spam, harass individuals, transmit illegal content, or violate any applicable laws or regulations, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations governing SMS and email communications.

Limitation of liability

TradeBaseAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the prior 30 days.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
